How does the 15% success fee work?

When you hire a candidate sourced through Candid, a 15% success fee applies. You only pay when you make a hire. If they leave within three months (voluntarily or involuntarily), we'll restart the search at no additional cost.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Candid is SOC 2 Type II compliant with bank-grade encryption at rest and in transit. Granular permissions let you control access by role. Your candidate data, preferences, and hiring signals are fully isolated and never shared across customers.
